Return & Refund Policy

At Sonex Textile, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Any product that has been used, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@sonextextile.com or call us at +92 322 8115484 with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or design, please mention it while requesting the return.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been washed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless faulty).
